Staff Updates. Dr. Brett Jones has joined the staff of IPT. Check out Dr. Jones profile under the directors section. All members need to register on the message board. This message board will be the relay and discussion of information, music, performance, travel, etc. for the organization. Check the board regularly for info. Also begin to budget or make arrangements to pay the $250 exhibition membership fee at the first or second rehearsal. This money is crucial to the future of IPT. This money will pay the IRS fee for our Tax Exempt Status. We must have that Tax Exempt Status to fundraise.

IPT has reached a deal with Dynasty Percussion (DEG). IPT will purchase a full range of equipment from Dynasty. Fundraising Is key to IPT success. Start seeking sponsors NOW for both your membership dues and IPT. The only thing that holds us back at this point is funds to go into 2008 competition. Web updates still in progress. IPT recruiting is a success so far to include members fom the Houston area, Brenham, The Woodlands, Cypress, Sugarland, Klein, Pearland, and as far away as Weslaco, Texas.
